-9 weeks

-2 days/week

-gym membership to access the gym 7 days per week

-access to additional 13 classes per week all run by personal training staff

-limited spots as groups are designed for maximum intensity 

-full program designed for individual based on their position and needs

-pre, mid, and post program testing to show progress with end of program report

-post program workout plan so that you can keep progressing

Thurs: 6:30pm
