Basement Warrior Training Regiment:

Monday: 12pm - 1pm

Friday: 12pm - 1pm

Throughout warrior training we will focus on a getting you moving, and keeping you moving in the

right direction. All workouts will be 1 hour long consisting of a thorough warm up, full-body

resistance and conditioning exercises, cool down, static stretch and roll-outs. No need to sign up!

Simply drop in when you can for 15$ tax included. See you at The Basement for your Warrior Training.
