BEAT THE CLOCK 

This class is fast-paced, high energy metabolic conditioning workout built around time-based challenges. Participants work through the Workout Of the Month to try to beat their effort from the previous week. Let's track your numbers to keep you progressing! It is highly adaptable, scalable for all fitness levels, and incredibly efficient for burning fat and building cardiovascular endurance.

3-2-1

Join in on this highly efficient training structure that maximizes calorie burn and muscle engagement by stacking different training styles into one complete workout. Shifting demands on your body keeps your heart rate elevated throughout the entire session, delivering both cardio vascular and muscular endurance benefits.
3 Minutes of strength training: Multi-joint movements to build muscle
2 Minutes of conditioning: High energy intervals to spike the heart-rate
1 Minute of Core Work: abdominal and stability exercises to build your bodies foundation


HYROX

Tuesday 5:30PM

HYROX COMPLETE

Combines cardiovascular endurance with functional strength stations. This class is designed to mimic the official race format in a team environment. Work through high-intensity intervals to build stamina, power, and mental toughness. This class will give you the strong fitness base you always wanted in combination with HYROX race preparation.

ROW & REPS

Instead of doing all your cardio at the end of the workout (or not at all), this workout style blends the use of our rowing machines and weightlifting together for a complete workout. The workout raises your heart rate, forcing your body to increase its metabolic rate while moving between stations, all while building incredible work capacity.


Thursday 5:30PM

CORE CRUSHER

Build your foundation and protect your movement, true power starts from the centre. This class goes far beyond crunches to build a rock solid, resilient torso. Focusing on your abdominal wall, hips, deep stabilizer muscles, obliques, lower back. This class is designed to improve your lifting posture, protect your spine, and increase rotational power translating into overall better real world movements.

MOBILITY

This coach-led class is designed to improve flexibility, joint mobility, stability, and overall movement quality. Using a combination of dynamic stretching, mobility drills, controlled strength work, and recovery techniques, you'll increase your range of motion, reduce stiffness, and help prevent injuries.

Whether you're looking to improve your squats, lifts, running stride, athletic performance, or simply move more comfortably in everyday life, this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

KIDS-FIT

Introduce your kids to fitness with our Kids-Fit class! Designed for ages 8-12, this fun and engaging class teaches young athletes the basics of gym workouts while building healthy habits for life. With exercises tailored to their age and fitness level, they’ll get stronger, more confident, and ready to take on anything. Free for members, $20 drop-in fee.
