Throw in the Russian army’s favourite tool- a kettlebell and landmines (not related to any war equipment but just a really cool name) and you have the perfect recipe for a workout fit for the most hardcore of gym enthusiast. Bootcamps have nothing on Fusion class!

You will learn to move your body in preparation for your workouts, static stretch as well as massage against a foam roller. Basically we combine massage therapy with being awesome and you leave feeling looser- #winning!
