What Is Personal Training?

Personal Training is the pivotal road map between you starting a fitness journey and getting to your goal. Whether trying to achieve better health, more confidence, looking and feeling better or a higher level of performance, personal training will help you get to your goal by providing the support nutritionally, physically and mentally. Your personal trainer will help you work harder, achieve more and set more effective goals so that you can move forward despite facing any obstacle.

By taking a personalized approach from your current condition or even physical limitations, your trainer becomes your guide to proper form, accountability, motivation and a resource for mixing up workout routines so that it never becomes dull or boring.

The Basement has a team of career personal trainers each with his/her own specialty and personality. It is our groups' ability to pull resources from each other as well as have individuals specializing in all different areas that allows us to cater to such a wide variety of clients and needs. From weight loss to weight gain; sport specific training to injury rehabilitation; we have the person who can guide you to the goal that you desire.

RATES:

  • 1 on 1 training- 55/hr
  • 2 on 1 training- 65/hr
  • 3 on 1 training- 75/hr
  • 4 on 1 training- 85/hr

*Pricing is for members only. Anyone wishing to train without a membership must add the drop in fee in addition to the training rate.

Team Training

WHAT IS THE GOAL OF TEAM TRAINING?

The Goal of team training is to help your team improve its performance while reducing the risks of injury. Our trainers will put together customized programs designed to correct movement patterns while improving muscular strength, endurance, speed and agility. Using individual pre and post athlete evaluations, we can monitor the progress of each athlete and set them up with customized programming in their off-season training.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR TEAM TRAINING EXPERIENCE

  • Techniques and proper form for dynamic warm-ups and movement preparation.
  • Advanced plyometrics, intervals and strength training designed to improve explosive strength and anaerobic/aerobic systems.
  • Speed and agility drills improving both linear and multi-directional footwork and speed.
  • Injury prevention strategies.
  • Pre and post evaluations that assess agility, speed, power and strength.
  • Athlete specific nutritional tips.

HOW MANY PLAYERS ARE NEEDED FOR TEAM TRAINING?

We ask you have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 18.

WHAT DAYS AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE FOR TEAM TRAINING?

Typically we reserve times starting at 7pm throughout the week for team training with more flexible options on the weekends. Please contact us directly to see what spots we have available.
