The verdict The TRX was born in the Navy SEALs, but perfected at The Basement. Throw in the Russian army’s favourite tool- a kettlebell and landmines (not related to any war equipment but just a really cool name) and you have the perfect recipe for a workout fit for the most hardcore of gym enthusiast. Bootcamps have nothing on Fusion class!

How in shape you need to be Gym Regular- but bring a sleeveless shirt for after!
The verdict Thick, hard and vascular... if that isn't describing your arms, then you need to do this class! Everyone will benefit from a perfect set of pipes! The only way they will be able to take their eyes off your Smith & Wesson (and I'm not talking about a firearm) is by pulling their attention to your Guns up top!
